Out of Bounds

of bounds
fee to
compensate
the driver
for an
excessive
drive
to or
from
the job.
This
fee will
be estimated
on a
per job
basis.
It will
be approximately
$1 per
km to
and/or
from
either
or both
location,
if that
location
is outside
the DSZ.
The distance
will
be measured
from
the center
of normal
operations,
IE. from
the Octagon
in Dunedin.

an average
distance
of 16km
each
way equals
a $32
call
out fee.
ie. Mosgiel to Dunedin with a distance of 16km to pickup
can attract a $16 call out fee.
